These terms govern your use of the Brand Search Report tool at tools.adnomics.co.uk (the "Tool"), operated by Adnomics Ltd (company number 11929721), registered office E1 Studios, 3–15 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1DU. By using the Tool you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The Tool connects to your Google Ads account, with your authorisation, and only ever reads from it to generate a report about your brand-search advertising. It is provided free of charge.
By connecting a Google Ads account you confirm that you are authorised to access it and to allow us to read its advertising data for the purpose of producing the report.
We only read data from your account to build your report. We do not create, change, pause or delete anything in your Google Ads account. Google Ads grants a single, broad permission rather than a read-only one; although that permission technically allows more, the Tool only ever reads and never writes to your account.
Your report combines measured figures with clearly-labelled estimates — for example the Performance Max figure, industry benchmarks, and any "reinvestable" amount. It is provided for general information on an "as is" basis, depends on data made available by Google and on your account's setup, and may not be complete or error-free. It is not financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and you are responsible for any decisions you make. Where we indicate an amount that could be saved or reinvested, that is indicative and can only be confirmed by a proper test.
You agree not to misuse the Tool, attempt to access accounts you are not authorised for, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.
The Tool, its design and its content are owned by Adnomics Ltd. Your report is provided for your own use. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
We provide the Tool on a best-efforts basis and may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adnomics Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions made in reliance on the report. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under law.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
