This tool is operated by Adnomics Ltd (company number 11929721), registered office E1 Studios, 3–15 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1DU, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact support@adnomics.co.uk. Adnomics Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here.
The Brand Search Report connects to your Google Ads account with your permission and only ever reads from it, to produce a report on how much you spend on brand search. It never creates, changes, pauses or deletes anything in your account.
Details you give us. Your brand name, website, your name, work email, and anything you enter in the enquiry form (such as your monthly ad-spend range and your message).
Google Ads data. When you connect your account, we read advertising data through the Google Ads API — for example campaigns, cost, clicks, impressions, search terms, impression share and Performance Max search themes — solely to generate your report.
Cookies. We use two essential, short-lived cookies: one holding the details you entered on the form, and one holding a temporary Google authorisation token. Both are HttpOnly and expire within about an hour. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your Google Ads data is used only to generate your report during your session and to show it back to you on screen. We do not store your Google Ads data after your report has been generated, we do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow any human to read it except where necessary to provide or secure the service, where you have given consent, or where required by law.
Google Ads grants applications a single, broad permission rather than a read-only one. Although that permission technically allows more, our application only ever reads your data and never writes to, or changes, your account.
Adnomics Ltd's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We rely on your consent to connect your Google Ads account and produce your report (which you can withdraw at any time), and on our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry and running our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
We do not sell your personal data. We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service — for example our hosting provider and the email or CRM system that receives your enquiry — who process data only on our instructions. Google provides the Ads data under your authorisation. We may disclose information where required by law.
Where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses) to protect it.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email support@adnomics.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
You can disconnect Adnomics from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Our application only ever reads from your Google Ads account and never modifies it. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), authorisation tokens are short-lived, and our cookies are HttpOnly.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
